United States
Include the installation state and local jurisdiction, along with any ASME, National Board, inspection or purchaser requirements specified for your project. Confirm applicable requirements with your project engineer and the destination authority. The National Board jurisdictional synopsis is a useful starting point.
Canada
Name the installation province or territory and identify any Canadian Registration Number (CRN), design registration and inspection requirements. For Ontario inquiries, consult TSSA’s design registration guidance. Include the documents your engineering team requires for the specific jurisdiction.
Europe
Specify the destination country and your required conformity and technical documentation. For EU projects, identify whether the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) or other applicable product rules form part of the specification. UK and other non-EU destinations need their own requirements identified in the RFQ.
Agree the required approvals before ordering.
These are buyer requirements to review, not a statement that every Aircon tank holds these approvals. Ask us to confirm the applicable manufacturing scope, current credentials and supporting documentation for your project in writing before placing an order.
Agree the commercial scope, too.
Request written confirmation of lead time, quote currency, payment terms, packing, inspection, freight and delivery terms. Specify who will arrange transport, import clearance and any destination approvals. Availability and responsibilities are confirmed for each order.
